B1 Handyman & Remodeling Focuses on Clients Needs and Desires
Bryan Baker, Owner, started out in residential building maintenance for a local management company. Along the way he learned a great deal about property repairs, maintenance, electrical and plumbing. His work has involved apartments, condominiums, assisted living facilities, small commercial properties and build outs. He branched out into remodeling and build outs as a side hustle. In 2017 Bryan realized his “side hustle” had become a full time job as he was bringing on employees to fulfil his work load.
As the company has grown over the last several years, Bryan has expanded his work and his team. Growing up in Northeast Ohio, he understands our weather and how a space needs to function based on the seasons. He is great at remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Bryan’s team is also available to fixes small and large issues around the home, thus the handyman in the company name.
B1 Handyman & Remodeling does build out small commercial space for retail or office. With a background in assisted living he also understands making spaces safe for seniors or those with physical challenges. He can build on a deck or screen porch, does a great job installing flooring and does a great job doing interior painting. Bryan and his team are all around handy people to know.
